PGA suggestions[change source]

These are some of my thoughts after a quick read through. Generally looks good, and the readability figures are good too. I have never heard of the band, so I will have to go and find a few tracks to listen to. Apart from the the few red links that you will need to fix: Intro:

  • Genre names like alternative rock - these should not have a capital letter.
  • Album links - remove them until you have an article to go with them, or create, dare I say it, a stub.
  • Instrument names like guitar, do not need a capital letter
  • Have you got a reference for who is in the band?

Creation:

  • The band name, Fixed Penalty, should be in capitals, unless they wrote it as Fixed penalty.

Showbiz:

  • Numbers higher than ten usually written as numerals, so eighty becomes 80.

Origin:

  • Link Japan
  • Is Peter Gabriel(e) spelt correctly? He needs an article too!

Absolution:

  • Bellamy's guitar - "used on guitar", is that a typo for "one"?

The Resistance:

  • Dates, do not need a comma between month and year, so 22 May 2009, is correct while 22 May, 2009, is not. It is in our Wikipedia:Manual of Style.
  • This section os very disjointed, each sentence starting the same way. It needs a rewrite.

I'll look at some of the red links this week. Peterdownunder (talk) 11:44, 21 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for the review. I'll get to fixing those and to improving the refs. Pmlineditor  15:35, 21 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Other albums[change source]

Should we include Hullabaloo and HAARP in the discography? --cremepuff222 (talk) 06:37, 23 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

PGA comments[change source]

  • Why are the instruments in the lead not linked?
  • successful in the US, UK - should be written out and linked.
  • Why are there several hidden comments in the prose (weblinks). Use them as a references or whatever you want or remove them.
  • was released in June 2001 in the UK. - was the correct order not place before time? Switch UK and date (if I remember correctly).
  • injured - is not simple.
