Evaluative terms[change source]

Evaluative terms in a biography are entirely proper if they are backed by a specific reference in a reliable encyclopedic source. They are not proper if invented by an editor. Thus Morphy's laziness with the N.Y. chess column is perfectly proper material for an article. Also, material directly supported by a reliable reference should not be taken out by another editor. The talk page of an article is there for editors to discuss any matters relating to the article. Macdonald-ross (talk) 10:47, 9 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
