I removed the following seemingly irrelevant material from this article:
- If a human is kept in a style like a pet, they are called a dependent - the word "pet" is never used to describe keeping a human except as a joke or term of endearment. If a human is kept and forced to work they are called a slave. This is illegal in all countries. However it happens anyway. There is slavery in many countries, and it has been part of the history of all countries on Earth.
