About the Semi and Bolt ACTION SNIPER.A bolt action simply means there is a bolt that you turn /pull and it opens the palce where the bullet comes out adn lets hte new one push up to the firing spot. Not always does it have to be Handloaded say the DSR is a bolt actio0n wityh a Cluip not handload
