Changes Needed[change source]

Information on this page is inaccurate. Triple Zero may be dialled from any phone in Australia, including in remote areas. The other number, 112, can also be dialled from any phone in Australia. 112 is the international emergency phone number, and so it can be used in many different countries, without knowing the local emergency phone number. In Australia, all phone calls made to 112 will be sent to the same people that answer phone calls made to 000.
