Usage
Template:ISO 639 name ce is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It is used by {{Translated page}} with language code ce, for example: {{Translated page |ce |name of page at Chechen Wikipedia}}. This template is used to generate a link to the Chechen Wikipedia and could be used to include pages in Category:Pages translated from Chechen Wikipedia (may be created using {{Translated sub-cat |ce}}).
Former usage
The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.
- {{Lang|ce| some text in Chechen}} wraps the text with <span lang="ce"> and includes articles in Category:Articles containing Chechen-language text. Also available is {{Lang-ce |some text in Chechen}} which displays as Chechen: some text in Chechen.
- {{R from other language|ce|("to" language code)}} includes pages in Category:Redirects from Chechen-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect from alternative language category}}).
- {{R from alternative language|("from" language code)|ce}} includes pages in Category:Redirects to Chechen-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect to alternative language category}}).
