Usage
Template:ISO 639 name ps is part of a series that resolves the ISO 639-1, ISO 639-2 and ISO 639-3 codes to language names.
It is used by {{Translated page}} with language code ps, for example: {{Translated page |ps |name of page at Pashto Wikipedia}}. This template is used to generate a link to the Pashto Wikipedia and could be used to include pages in Category:Pages translated from Pashto Wikipedia (may be created using {{Translated sub-cat |ps}}).
Former usage
The following templates now use Module:Lang, which stores the language code and name data in Module:Language/data/iana languages, Module:Language/data/ISO 639-3, and Module:Language/data/wp languages.
- {{Lang|ps| some text in Pashto}} wraps the text with <span lang="ps"> and includes articles in Category:Articles containing Pashto-language text. Also available is {{Lang-ps |some text in Pashto}} which displays as Pashto: some text in Pashto.
- {{R from other language|ps|("to" language code)}} includes pages in Category:Redirects from Pashto-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect from alternative language category}}).
- {{R from alternative language|("from" language code)|ps}} includes pages in Category:Redirects to Pashto-language terms (may be created using {{Redirect to alternative language category}}).
