Antonio "Tony" Ramiro Romo (born April 22, 1980 in San Diego, California) is an American football quarterback and holder who plays for the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League. He played college football at Eastern Illinois.
Romo was signed by the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent in 2003. He had success with Dallas, and was well known by the media. However, he has often been criticized for choking late in the game.
