The University of Antofagasta (Spanish: Universidad de Antofagasta) is a university in Antofagasta, Chile. It is one of the universities in the north of Chile.

It was founded in 1981 thanks to the fusion of the TUS of Antofagasta and the Regional Headquarter of the University of Chile, it was the point of start of the actual university.[1]
