The Rays stadium saga is an on-going disagreement between the Tampa Bay Rays, the city governments of St. Petersburg and Tampa, and the county governments of Pinellas County and Hillsborough County. The disagreement deals with if the team needs a new stadium, where it would be built and who would pay for it.
