RfD nomination of City farming[change source]

An editor has requested deletion of City farming, an article you created. We appreciate your changes, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article meets Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also "What Wikipedia is not").

Please comment on the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Requests for deletion/Requests/2014/City farming and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also change the article during the discussion to address the nominator's concerns. But you should not remove the requests for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate. Thank you very much. Just a note of explanation, the lack of source citations was more of a secondary concern. The main concern is that the writing strongly suggested the article was Original Research. That is what is under discussion at the RfD. One of our core policies is Wikipedia:No original research (OR). What that means is we are not authors here—we are editors. Editors compile information from reliable published sources. We cite those sources to show it is not our thoughts, conclusions, opinions or arguments we are using but rather those of reliable published sources. We take that information and put it into our own words (thus avoiding copyright infringement) as long as those words convey the same meaning as the original author. Editors discussing this proposed deletion do talk about source citations. But it is with the understanding that proper source citations shows the information is not OR.
