Valentina Ivanovna Matviyenko (Russian: Валентина Ивановна Матвиенко girl. family Tyutina, b. 7 April 1949, Shepetovka, Khmelnickaya oblast Ukraine) it is the Russian statesman, Zampred of Government of Russia in 1998 —2003, governor and chairman pravitelstva Saint Petersburgand with 2003.
