Željko Šturanović

Željko Šturanović (Serbian: Жељко Штурановић; 31 January 1960 – 30 June 2014) was a Montenegrin politician and lawyer. He was a member of the Democratic Party of Socialists of Montenegro (DPSCG). He was the Prime Minister of Montenegro from 10 November 2006 to 29 February 2008. He stepped down from the job because of health reasons.[1]

Šturanović was born in Nikšić, People's Republic of Montenegro, Federal People's Republic of Yugoslavia (now Montenegro). He studied at the University of Montenegro Faculty of Law.

Šturanović died from lung cancer on 30 June 2014, aged 54. His wife and two children outlived him.[2]
