Lee Ji-eun (born on May 16, 1993), is a South Korean singer. She goes by the stage name IU.[1] She is working in EDAM Entertainment, a record label in Korea and she has won the Best New Artist Award in 2010. She is known for becoming a singer at a young age, with her first album when she was 15.[2][3]
