Elisabeth Toutut-Picard

Élisabeth Toutut-Picard (born 17 December 1954) is a French politician representing La République En Marche!. She was elected to the French National Assembly on 18 June 2017, representing the 7th constituency of the Haute-Garonne department.[1]

Picard was diagnosed with COVID-19 on 7 March 2020 during the 2019–20 pandemic.[2][3]
