An election happened on November 3, 2020, to elect a Senator from the U.S. state of Wyoming. The two people in the election were Cynthia Lummis (Republican Party) and Merav Ben-David (Democratic Party). Mike Enzi who was the senator was not going to try to be reelected so the seat was left for a new person. Cynthia Lummins won the election and became the first woman senator from Wyoming.

There were primary elections for the political parties. Ten people were in the Republican Party primary election and six people were in the Democratic Party primary election. Cynthia Lummis won the Republican Party primary election and Merav Ben-David won the Democratic Party primary election.
