2021 British Isles heat wave

From Simple English Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The 2021 British Isles heat wave happened for 10 days between the 15 July 2021 and 25 July 2021. It was when the temperature was hotter than it usually was. This caused some new records in how hot the weather got in the British Isles.

The Met Office said that there might be a lot of heat in some places, and made a extreme heat warning for some places in the United Kingdom.[1][2] Just before this, all nations in the British Isles said it was the hottest day of the year.[3][4]
