On 21 July 2025, an FT-7BGI training fighter jet of the Bangladesh Air Force crashed into Milestone College campus at Diabari, Uttara, Dhaka, Bangladesh.[1][2] The crash happened at around 1:18 PM (BST) when the jet was landing at BAF Base Bir Uttom A. K. Khandker while students were going to classes at Milestone.[3] At least 20 deaths, mostly children, and 171 injuries have been reported.[4][5][6][7]
