2 Broke Girls

2 Broke Girls was an American television sitcom on CBS. It began on September 19, 2011 and ended on April 17, 2017 and is set in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York City. It is about two waitresses in their twenties who work together at a diner. Kat Dennings plays Max Black, who is from a poor, underclass background. Beth Behrs plays Caroline Wesbox Channing, who until recently was rich.

Garrett Morris plays Earl, the cashier at the diner. He is an elderly African-American former jazz musician. Jonathan Kite plays Oleg, the diner's cook, a hypersexual Ukrainian who lacks social skills. Matthew Moy plays Han Lee, the diner's owner, a very short Korean. Jennifer Coolidge plays Sophie, Max and Caroline's histrionic Polish neighbor. Ed Quinn plays Randy, Max's boyfriend.

The show is rated M in New Zealand for offensive language, sexual references and drug use.
