The 99 B-Line is a Coast Mountain Bus Company bus route in Vancouver, British Columbia. It is ran with funds by TransLink. It runs between UBC Exchange and the Commercial–Broadway SkyTrain station with 13 stops along the route. The route is 14.3 km long.[1] With an average of 35,900 weekday passengers in 2023, it is the busiest bus route in the entire Metro Vancouver region.[2] It sunk to 34,200 the next year but remained as the busiest route.[3]

On September 3, 1996, it was first announced by BC Transit that a new bus route was going to be created to link Lougheed Mall with the University of British Columbia (UBC).[4]

Every bus used for the 99 B-Line is designed by Winnipeg-based bus manufacturer New Flyer and is an Xcelsior model.[5][6]

In 2018, the 99 B-line saw a ridership of 55,900 average passengers. This made it the busiest bus route in both Canada and the United States.[7]
