ABP Ananda (used to be Star Ananda) is a free to air Bengali news channel. It was based in Kolkata, West Bengal and owned by ABP Group. The channel was founded on 1 June 2005 as Star Ananda after tying between Star India and the ABP Group.[1][2]

On 1 June 2012, the channel was renamed as ABP Ananda after the ABP Group gained full control of the organization.[3][4]
