Colonel Alistair Scott Carns, DSO, OBE, MC, MP (born 27 March 1980) is a British Labour Party politician. He has been Member of Parliament (MP) for Birmingham Selly Oak since 2024. He was a junior government minister between 2024 and 2026. He is a reserve Royal Marines officer and a former regular officer.

He was the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Veterans and People from 2024 to 2025.^[1] He was the Parliamentary Under-Secretary for the Armed Forces from September 2025 until his resignation on 11 June 2026.
