Alex Cross is an American crime thriller movie. It was released in October 2012. It is about a police detective and psychologist who lives in Detroit with his family. He would like to leave Detroit for Washington, D.C.. But when his wife is killed, Alex goes looking for evidence against the killer.

Tyler Perry plays the title character. Cross was previously played by Morgan Freeman in Kiss the Girls and Along Came a Spider.

The movie critics did not give good reviews for Alex Cross.[1] The movie did not do well at the box office.[2]
