Alfredo David Moreno (12 January 1980 – 8 December 2021) was an Argentine-Mexican footballer. He played as a forward. He was known for playing for Club Necaxa between 2003 until 2006, making 132 appearances.

Moreno died from stomach cancer on 8 December 2021 at a hospital in Aguascalientes City, Mexico, at the age of 41.[1][2]
