Alfredo Piedra Mora (16 August 1915 – 18 December 2003) was a Costa Rican footballer and manager.
As a footballer, he played as a striker for Orión, Sociedad Gimnástica, La Libertad,[2] and Cuban team Juventud Asturiana.[1] He would play 124 matches in the Primera División,[3] and finish as the top goalscorer in the 1938 season, with 11 goals.[4] He was capped one time for Costa Rica, in a 1938 Central American and Caribbean Games match against Panama.[2]
As a manager, Piedra coached multiple teams in Costa Rica and Monarcas Morelia in Mexico. He also managed the Costa Rica national team three times, and won the 1963 CONCACAF Championship with them. In total, he managed 356 Primera División matches, and 49 times with the national team.[3]
