Alida van Daalen (born 15 August 1984) is a Dutch track and field athlete who is specialized in the discus throw and shot put. Van Daalen represents Netherlands at international competitions.[1][2]

Van Daalen competed as a junior at the 2018 Youth Olympics.[3] At the 2021 European Athletics U20 Championships she won the silver medal in the shot put and discus throw.[4] She competed at the 2022 European Athletics Championships in the discus throw event, but was not able to reach the final.[5]

Her mother is discus thrower Jacqueline Goormachtigh.[6]
