Allan Rich

Allan Rich (born Benjamin Norman Schultz; February 8, 1926 – August 22, 2020) was an American character actor, author, acting coach and activist. He was born in New York City.[1] He starred in Serpico, Disclosure and Quiz Show.

Rich was one of the many alleged communist sympathizers blacklisted in the 1950s Hollywood blacklist.[2]

Rich died on August 22, 2020 in Englewood, New Jersey from dementia-related problems, aged 94.[3]
