Anatoly Glushenkov (November 20, 1942 – January 16, 2018) was a Russian politician. He served as the Governor of Smolensk Oblast from 1993 to 1998. He was the first popularly elected Governor of Smolensk Oblast. He was born in the Smolensk Oblast.

Glushenkov died on January 16, 2018 in Smolensk, Russia at the age of 75.[1]
