Andrew Bailey (born 1981) is an American attorney and Republican politician. He has been the Co-Deputy Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation since 2025. He was the Missouri Attorney General from 2023 until 2025. He was picked by Governor Mike Parson.

During his time as attorney general, Bailey has refused to release prisoners after overturned convictions, tried to block abortion in Missouri, and defended former President Donald Trump over his legal problems.[1]

In August 2025, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced Bailey as Co-Deputy Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).[2] Bailey will resign as Missouri Attorney General on September 8, 2025.[3]
