Ange-Félix Patassé (January 25, 1937 – April 5, 2011)[1] was a Central African politician. He was President of the Central African Republic from 1993 until 2003. In 2003, he was forced out of office by the rebel leader François Bozizé.
Patassé died on April 5, 2011 from complications of diabetes.[2]
