Anthony M. Frank

Anthony Melchior Frank (born May 21, 1931)[1][2] was an American banker. He was the United States Postmaster General from 1988 to 1992 during the presidencies of Ronald Reagan and George H. W. Bush.[3] He was born in Berlin.
