Anutin Charnvirakul (Thai: อนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล, RTGS: Anuthin Chanwirakun; born 13 September 1966) is a Thai politician and businessman who has served as the 32nd prime minister of Thailand since 2025 and the leader of the Bhumjaithai Party since October 2025. A member of the House of Representatives since 2019, he also held several ministerial posts during the premierships of Prayut Chan-o-cha, Srettha Thavisin and Paetongtarn Shinawatra.
He was a Deputy Prime Minister of Thailand and the Minister of Interior from 2023 until his resignation on 19 June 2025. From 2019 to 2023 he was the Minister of Public Health in Prayut Chan-o-cha's government and was in charge of the country's response to the COVID-19 pandemic.[3][4]
Following a 3 September 2025 agreement with the opposition People's Party, Anutin helped create a minority coalition government.[5]
