Arthur Hiller, OC[1] (22 November 1923 – 17 August 2016) was a Canadian television and movie director. He is known for directing the 1970 romantic drama movie Love Story. It was nominated for seven Academy Awards.

Hiller was born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
