Augusto Heleno Ribeiro Pereira (born 29 October 1947) is a Brazilian politician. Since 2019, he has served as the Secretary of Institutional Security. He is a retired Marshal of the Brazilian Army. He was a commander of the United Nations Stabilisation Mission in Haiti (UNSTAMIH/MINUSTAH) from 2004 to 2005. He was born in Curitiba, Paraná.

In March 2020, during the 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic, Heleno tested positive for COVID-19.[1]
