Babel is a 2006 psychological drama movie directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu and written by Guillermo Arriaga.[4] The drama shows interwoven stories taking place in Morocco, Japan, Mexico, and the United States. An international co-production among companies based in Mexico, the United States and France, the film completes Arriaga and Iñárritu's Death Trilogy, following Amores perros (2000) and 21 Grams (2003).[5].
It won the Golden Globe Award for Best Motion Picture – Drama. It won the award for Best Original Score (Gustavo Santaolalla).
