Barbara Clementine Harris (born June 12, 1930) is a retired American bishop of the Episcopal Church. She was the first woman ordained a bishop in the Anglican Communion. She was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

From 1989 to 2003, she was the Episcopal Diocese of Massachusetts. From 2003 to 2007, Harris was Bishop in the Episcopal Diocese of Washington.[1]
