Bareilly Ki Barfi (meaning Bareilly's Barfi in Hindi) is a 2017 Indian romantic comedy movie. It was directed by Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari and is based on the novel The Ingredients of Love by Nicolas Barreau.[6][7] The film movie Ayushmann Khurrana, Kriti Sanon, and Rajkummar Rao in main roles. Pankaj Tripathi and Seema Pahwa play supporting roles. It came out in India on 18 August 2017, during Independence Day weekend. It was filmed in Lucknow. The movie got good reviews, especially for Rao's performance, and earned ₹20 crore (US$2.4 million), which was much more than its making cost.[8][9][10]
