Barrie Ingham (10 February 1932 – 23 January 2015)[1] was an English actor. He was known for his role as Alydon in Dr. Who and the Daleks, as St. Clair in The Day of the Jackal and as the voice of Basil Bartholomew in the Disney animated movie The Great Mouse Detective. Ingham was born in Halifax, West Riding of Yorkshire England.

Ingham died, two weeks before his 83rd birthday, in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, aged 82.[2]
