"Bart's Not Dead" is the first episode of the 30th season of The Simpsons. It was first shown on television on September 30, 2018. In the episode, Bart Simpson pretends that he saw Jesus while at a hospital. A Christian filmmaker wants to make a movie about what Bart saw. Bart then feels very guilty because he had lied.

This episode won an award at the 71st Writers Guild of America Awards.^[1]
