Benjamin Michael McAdams (born December 5, 1974) is an American politician. He is a Democrat. From 2019 to 2021, he was a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. He represented Utah's 4th congressional district. He lost his re-election in 2020 to Burgess Owens.

McAdams was a member of the Utah State Senate from 2009 to 2012. He also served as mayor of Salt Lake County from 2013 to 2019. He was born in West Bountiful, Utah.

In March 2020, during the 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic, McAdams tested positive for COVID-19.[1]
