Benjamin Michael McAdams (born December 5, 1974) is an American politician. He is a Democrat. Since 2019, he has served as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. He currently represents Utah's 4th congressional district. He was a member of the Utah State Senate from 2009 to 2012. He also served as mayor of Salt Lake County from 2013 to 2019. He was born in West Bountiful, Utah.

In March 2020, during the 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic, McAdams tested positive for COVID-19.[1]
