Benjamin F. Gibson

Benjamin F. Gibson (July 13, 1931 – January 13, 2021) was an American politician and lawyer. He was born in Dallas County, Alabama. He was a member of the Democratic Party.

In 1979, Gibson was nominated to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan by President Jimmy Carter. From 1991 to 1995, he was Chief Judge of the court. He retired from the court in 1999.

Gibson died on January 13, 2021 in Gulfport, Mississippi at the age of 89.[1]
