Benjamin Neil Bellis (February 4, 1924 – August 19, 2019) was an American Air Force lieutenant general. He was vice commander in chief, U.S. Air Forces in Europe, with headquarters at Ramstein Air Base, Germany. He was also commander of the Air Force's Electronic Systems Division. He was born in Wheatland, Wyoming.

Bellis died on August 19, 2019 in Monument, Colorado at the age of 95.[1]
