Bernardo P. Pardo

Bernardo P. Pardo (born February 11, 1932) is a Filipino politician and lawyer. Between 1995 to 1998, he was Chairman of the Commission on Elections. In 1998, President Joseph Estrada nominated him to be an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the Philippines.[1] He retired in 2002.[2]

Pardo was born in Manila. He studied at the University of Texas.
