William Johnston McGowan McEwan (20 June 1951 – 17 February 2022) was a Scottish professional football player and manager. He was known for playing with Chesterfield F.C. and Rotherham United F.C.. He also managed Sheffield United F.C..

McEwan was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2014.[2] He died in February 2022, at the age of 70.[3]
