Brian Kevin Fitzpatrick (born December 17, 1973) is an American politician, attorney, and former FBI agent. He has been the U.S. representative from Pennsylvania since 2017. He is a moderate Republican. He won re-election to a fifth term in 2024.[1] Fitzpatrick represents the wealthiest congressional district in the state of Pennsylvania.[2]
