Brokpa is a tribe in a remote area of Gilgit-Baltistan in Pakistan.

This tribe is described by many great historians, including Strabo, Herodotus and others.

Historically these people are known as Minaro people. They lived from the 1st century BC in Deosai region. In the 19th century BC they migrated to the rest of Ladakh region.
