Buddha Institute of Technology (BIT) College is a private engineering college. BIT is an Indian institute of higher education and a deemed University or under Section 3 of the UGC Act.

It was started in the year 2008 at Tekari, Gaya in the state of Bihar, India by the philanthropist and industrialist Founder Er. Awdhesh Kumar.[1]

It is approved and recognized by AICTE and is affiliated to Aryabhatta Knowledge University (AKU) in Patna for B.Tech & affiliated to STATE BOARD OF TECHNICAL EDUCATION (SBTE) in Patna for Polytechnic.[2][3][4]
