Clarence Burgess Owens (born August 2, 1951) is an American politician, non-profit executive, and retired football player. He is a U.S. Representative for Utah's 4th congressional district since 2021.[1][2]

Burgess played safety for ten seasons in the National Football League (NFL) for the New York Jets and the Oakland Raiders.
