Capric acid (also called decanoic acid or decylic acid) is a type of saturated fatty acid. Its carbon chain is 10 carbon atoms long.[1] It is commonly found in dairy. As the name suggests, it is commonly found in goat products like goat milk and goat cheese.[2]
