Carlos Roberto PenaVega[1] (né Pena Jr.; born August 15, 1989[2]) is an American actor and singer.

He was the star on Big Time Rush as Carlos García. He voices Bobby Santiago in The Loud House and its spin-off, The Casagrandes. He is a member of the Big Time Rush band.
